Elbros Samkough has dedicated his life to serving the community at the local, state and national level. After graduating high school, he served 7 years in the military to include a deployment to Iraq in 2008-2009. He continues to serve the Hanover Area School District as a Social Studies teacher and has been a life long resident of Luzerne County.
